I managed to decrease the amount of worker's compensation claims and employee injuries from 12 to 15 injuries per year to 2 injuries per year using safety training techniques and online courses. Teaming up with Insperity's staff, I formed a three tier employee training module (basic skills, leadership, and advanced leadership) with 75 courses ranging from employee interpersonal skills to safety training skills to avoid injuries."
