"At times did not have enough workers to do the jobs effectively."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't work there. You will just end up quiting."

What don't you like about working at Moog Videolarm?

"Its too much work! You can never get the job done. And people will get mad at you if you don't. You are suppose to do 100% count and the manager tells you just lie if they find a mistake in the count. There is no way to count 100%. You have to do a 3 person job- drive fork lift, enter in all product, count, label, put up product, and inspect all product and help solve the problems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get more workers."

"The company is financially secure."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company places a great emphasis on experience. Unless you have twenty years of experience in the position for which you are applying, do not waste your time with an interview."

What don't you like about working at Jacobs?

"Zero opportunities for advancement. There is a total lack of leadership in the organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Engineers are not always the best leaders. Without leaders, companies fall victim to competitors."
