"I don't like the way they pay their employees. I have alot of co wrokers that get paid so low even they try to exceed production quota. they do not have safety meetings. Employees are asked to sign the paper without reviewing the safety handouts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase the pay and plan to have more safety meetings."
