"Low quality of ethical standards. Management does not appreciate good, hard work. Instead, it rewards bullying and unethical practices. Owners do not have a clear, consistent agreement in how to run the company. They act friendly and say one thing to your face, then say something else behind your back. They take their personal issues out on certain employees. Most positions here are sink-or-swim with little to no guidance. There is no training. They make verbal promises for compensation that they do not keep."
