"Be open and honest as long as you have good communication and problem solving skills you will do well. you have to be able to multitask and prioritize work. Be ready to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes."

What don't you like about working at Insight Enterprises?

"I am a very motivated individual I do not like having my salary capped. The pay structure and constant realignment of accounts I do not like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"be more involved in employees career development. Being right out of college I enjoyed my job but want more management contact. We do not receive regular feedback. I would rather have more constructive feedback even if it is letting me know I need to improve in a particular area than hearing nothing at all."
