"I have been with Insight for over two years. It is a great company and the employees are very competent and success oriented. The team that I work with is dedicated to provide the best customer service to our internal clients. Having said that, I find that I am not being used to my potential and spend most of my time finding busy work to do. I am accustomed to working in a fast paced organization and having multiple projects. I have requested a larger role a few times. and have received a positive response. However, nothing changes. I am bored and I'd like more responsibility and be used to my potential."
