"Great environment and the people are very friendly."

"Be sharp and be very patient. Those who remain are on pins and needles."
What don't you like about working at Lenovo?
"Internal management struggles and office politics. When I was laid off, I was one of the top reps on the floor. It didn't make sense to lay off a producer and keep someone who NEVER made their number."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The ills of the old IBM PC have matriculated into the Lenovo business model. Leave the past in the past and be what you say you are: a New Legend; the meaning of LENOVO."

"They need to have a better method of selecting personnel and a training system to retain good and experienced employees"

"Since the Sales Reps success is tied to your success it would be beneficial to everyone if the Maanger provided feedback and sales guidance to the Sales Rep to help them be more successful"
