"I worked here for over 1 year and made sweeping changes to the organization. It was totally disregarded in favor of existing people that thought they knew better how to run the company even though NONE of them had previous experience at another company. They were college flunkies without a clue. We argued constantly about the proper way to increase the business. They fabricated charges against me and managed to get me terminated."
