"A small high tech company in northern NJ that produces custom high end optics and laser crystals. Very experienced and competent technical staff but organization top heavy with too many VP's, directors, managers, etc. This results in very high operating costs and company continuously struggles financially to stay afloat. A new CEO is in place who is working hard to make the necessary changes to turn the company around."
