Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand there is no work life balance. Clock starts at 8am and ends at 11pm. You are required to have a smartphone and have emails forwarded to your phone."

What don't you like about working at Inovalon?

"There's no room for growth, it really is a who you know company. People have been there for 4 years in the same positions while others walk in and get promotions and raises within 3 months"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"All managers should go through and training and be evaluated by staff."
