What don't you like about working at Innovative Technical Solutions?

"I.T.S. does not respect their employees,they treat the good employees(Those who DO work like dirt)and the employees who don't work or play politics they reward them.The site manager and director let their emotions get the best of them and fire people on trumped charges.This is not a professional work environment, this is a company that plays heavily to getting their friends positions where they are severely deficient in their managerial skills.As a result, they are a company that has been losing quality employees and clients because of their Technical,Professional and Managerial deficiencies"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire people who know what their doing and don't believe the spin doctors(mangers and directors) about how well the client site is doing. SPEAK TO THE EMPLOYEES DIRECTLY ABOUT THE CLIENT AND HOW THE SITE MANAGER AND OR DIRECTOR ARE DOING WITHOUT THE IMMEDIATE MANAGERS BEING PRESENT.My last company did this and as a result the 2 Site Managers were demoted and the Moral of the employees improved greatly"
