"I've worked for Innovative Closet Designs since 2017. Found it to be a good company with good goals that are being set to improve the future. Office setting is good along with good benefits. My position I enjoy, however, there is little room to advance, or the level of advancement I am looking for doesn't line up with what the company wants. The level of advancement they're looking for in the future wasn't clearly stated when getting the job. Overall good company to be employed at though."
