"I've worked for InMoment for about a year, and I've found that they have great people culture. People enjoy the flexibility of working from home regularly, and work and life balance. Benefits are ok but can be improved. The unique vision of the company on its software products has great possibilities."

"InMoment used to be a great company to work for. In the last two years almost the entire senior leadership team has changed, and the company has suffered as a result. Transparency has all but vanished, there are competing priorities among leadership, and they have spent the last year and a half building a system that has yet to be used by a single client or even have its basic assumptions validated."

"If you are looking to be a PM, UX Designer, or Developer, don't apply to Inmoment. Unless the leadership structure changes anytime soon, you will stunt your career development by taking a job here. You can obviously do a lot on your own to help advance your skill set, but you won't find any support from the organization. That's not to say that you won't work with awesome co-workers, you will. It's the leadership, mainly the C-suite that is very difficult to work under. They have unfortunately created a culture that doesn't invest in the employees. You don't have to take my word for it, it could be a good job to at least get paid. It's certainly not the worst job out there, but you can certainly find better employers."

"Cool place to work but compensation isn't on par with other companies for the same job."
