"Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take control of many projects even though I was the Creative Director. Management micro managed every project way too much and never let me take creative control. They need to trust their employees way more. InkSoft is a small company that is growing faster for the small business industry for apparel. I do feel that it won't be around in the next 3 years because ownership has been known to build companies and turns around and sell them."
