"Typical hip urban startup. Lot's of twenty somethings with lots of energy - which mean lots of work is done late at night and at a pace that means short deadlines and long hours. Not a place for people with a family."

"I really don't have any comment for management - I am sure there style of management will continue to work for them and they have no reason to change."
