"I worked for Initiative Legal Group for 9 years during which the firm grew to many dozens of attorneys and then shrunk to just a few before ultimately being laid off. During peak years I managed a team of attorneys charged with mediating class action cases fed to me from teams of "litigation attorneys"; negotiating and drafting settlement agreements; obtaining court approval; and overseeing the administration of the settlement in accordance with the agreement and the court's order. While I received instruction from the owner of the firm, Marc Primo I mostly worked with the managing partner, Monica Balderrama for whom I have the greatest respect. ."
