"NEVER WORK HERE"

What do you like about working at Inhouse Assist?

"Not very much. The environment felt unstable at best. Our staff meetings were more like philosophy classes teaching Taoism etc. There was a general sense that the leadership was making it up as they go along."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't interview. I would rather work anywhere but there. When you cant trust your employer, life is miserable."

What don't you like about working at Inhouse Assist?

"My main complaint was that they kept changing the compensation structure. Then, when they folded up shop in Dallas, I was brought into an office and told I was being laid off (Dec 20th) and I was sure to get my commissions. LIE. I had to sue them for my money which the State of Texas awarded me. Then they appealed over an over until they were forced to pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you really believe in Karma, you guys are screwed. Grow a pair, design a fair, stable system and honor your word."
