"If you are interviewing at this company be prepared to move on before 3 yrs. That's about the avg time you will work there before they do another run of layoffs."

"Management does not care about the regular employees."

"Try to save money besides laying off your employees. All you do is get rid of good talent. In the long run you're costing the company more money by needing to hire new works and training them."

"Improve morale by communicating more. Employees would rather know that change is coming than be in the dark hoping to not be affected."

"I liked the people and the work environment. They also treated employees with respect and made it a very enjoyable place for the first 5 years."

"When upper management changed, they started downsizing by cutting back various departments and perks. Job security became very questionable. The only benefit was with fewer employees, the amount split for bonuses became larger."

"Stabilize. Think more about keeping the good employees over making more profits for shareholders. You have lost too many good people with a wealth of business knowledge."

"I temped there for maternity leave, and felt I got little real chance to stay on. I got the feeling that all decisions, including those involving me, were going to go a certain way no matter what I did."

"Do some management-by-walking-around. Follow through with us grunts one-on-one occasionally."
