"Have an inside contract. TVA is all about who you know."
What don't you like about working at Tennessee Valley Authority?
"The commute. I commuted 50 miles one direction. The company was located downtown and there was a huge need for parking. The additional cost for parking was 135.00 per month."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication with staff. The manager would know what new projects and expectations where but would never convey the information to staff."
