"The potential the company had when I was arrived was staggering. Many of the primaries that were there at the beginning of my career were gone by the time I was laid off. The face of the company had changed. Instead of being innovative, they were struggling to survive."

"Inforonics placed a lot of emphasis on their employee satisfaction program, but it seemed that in the end, even when the results of such programs indicated inexpensive and non-time-consuming efforts, the company was reluctant to embrace any suggestions for improvement."
