"This company is growing and has its problems but I would still give the ok for a friend or peer to work for BHI."

"The company was started as a family and is a tight bonded group. I would have liked to have seen more involvement from other departments."

"Better communication and delegation to other employees with key talents to meet company objectives and goals."

"I like the fact that I am responsible for all IT Projects and Web Development and that is a challenge, but it keeps me busy to know there so much to be done."

"I do not like the fact that there are no meetings to review accomplishments. Management does not dedicate time or interest to invest in IT Projects"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest Management would have meetings with their IT team. Communication is very important to make sure everyone is on the same page and on track."
