"I have any tips. And I am unsure why you require this to be filled out."

"There was little opportunity for career advancement. Extremely political environment.That is all I have to say about that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide more opportunity for career advancement. And work to make the work environment less political."
What do you like about working at Avery Dennison?
"I like the people I worked with, there are a good team and I learned a lot from them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I actually worked as a contractor so I dont know how exactly the management work for their employee. We are not allowed to gather inforamtion about the company policy."

"To many levels of management to approval to purchase hardware needed to get the job done."

"Allow individuals to make the final decision with only one level of management to purchase hardware."

"Be friendly since the HR is nice but really stingy when it comes to salary packages."

"Overload of work and very little resources to handle that load."

"Pay more to your IT team."

"It's a great working environment. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Everyone single employee pitches in when there's a need to meet the production goal for the month."

"Compare the facts and take a look around vs. the pitches of the positions offered at this company."
What don't you like about working at usCalibration?
"No compensation for the many long nights and weekends."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Failure is a necessity for creativity. The desire to prevent failure also kills creativity in employees. Micromanagement and not giving employee enough authority is the main reason for many and many delays."

"Its the state, the money is not the best, but your supporting the state you live in !!!"

"We all know the problems of funds appropriation at the state and government level, however publicizing that to the Grade 12's and below at least a month in advance would be nice."
