What do you like about working at SRA International?
"I used to like the culture (honesty and service) but with the recent changes that changed. Also, my coworkers were awesome. Everyone was friendly and nice."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be aware what you are getting into. Mostly SRA looks for military folks (retired or separated) and men. Women better have a thick skin."
What don't you like about working at SRA International?
"I didn't like being reprimanded for every little nitpicky thing that went wrong whether in our control or not. I also don't like the misleading (lying) management does to cover their backsides."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees. Let them excel and grow. Don't put them down in order to satisfy yourself."

"During my time there... the people where great, the managers varied from adequate to exceptional. However, managers are only human (these do aim to get PMP!)! Overall, Great place to work."

"Be yourself, show you're willing to learn and do what you can to help the company!"

"Shouldn't complain... there's some good people in high places!"

"Keep training yourselves and training your staff! I miss you guys! ;)"
