"there are 2 reasons why I am looking to leave. the first is the travel. i'm burning out on the heavy travel. the second is I would like to find an opportunity in the mobile software development environment"

"don't stay here more than three years if you hire in. Negotiate your compensation with that in mind!"

"high stress, low accountability, a bad product, and an excess of short term decision making from development managers compromised the length of time anyone should stay here"

"boil the ocean, stop avoiding long term analysis, and reward success more than punishing failure without giving up accountability"

"Credit Lines ARE EXCELENT and the President Mrs Julia Dreyfus IS EXCELENT TOO .."

"do not go there!!! I lost ten years of my life in a DEAD END JOB...."

"coleagues insults others lack of respect abuse in verbal words... very bad enviroment"

"Change Policies to respect others... to much Injustice and employees should respect others."

"Focus on the people, determine their strengths, and then let them exercise those strengths."

"I liked the work I was doing (working with customers and end-users); I like variety and challenge;"

"The non-ILM parts of the company are pretty well managed. In the ILM division, you're pretty much on your own. Insist on frequent face-time with your management, to keep communication channels open."

"My immediate management was preoccupied/overwhelmed with issues around the division's recent acquisition by Informatica. This led to a breakdown in communication and focus."

"Early on it had a great chance for learning, that changed with their new CEO."

"The company started going downhill in 2007 and hasn't stopped since. Not a real good chance for advancement and a very good chance for being let go."

"Hire new executives or sell."
