"I have worked here for almost 9 years and the raises are "little" to nothing. The new hires are hired with a different title with no experience but, their salary is higher than the employees that have been working here for years. Also, a majority of the new hires are close friends of other employees. And these employees are friends of the manager. And they basically do and work when they want. Can you spell "Favoritism"?"

"I worked for Infor since 2005. It was a fun place to work with good people. The only downfall was lack of guidance for career advancement and frequent management changes. There is flexibility to work remotely, which was a nice bonus. The company strategy is heading in the right direction."
