"They have great products and a sales team with growth pains."
"I have worked for Infor for more than 5 years and find it to be an above average company from an employee perspective. Similar business challenges to other companies I have worked for, but as the company has been built through acquisition, there are lots of inefficiencies in the company tools and structure that make day to day tasks often very redundant and unproductive. The one key upside to working for the the company is the ability to work from nearly any city within your region."
"I recently came on at Infor and am finding the culture less than ideal. There are a number of barriers to upward mobility and the compensation package is well below the industry average. The people there are great, but management could use some improvement. There is mainly a focus on profits oftentimes to the detriment of the customer experience."
"Good place to work minus some of the growing pains."
"A large company with good job security and stability."
"I worked for this company for over 6 years. I was satisfied with my work environment but the main factor that lacks is identifying and rewarding their employees at least as per my experience. But other than that, it kind of gives you a peaceful work environment depending on the team you are going to be part of"
"I only worked for Infor for a year as a Sr. Tech Consultant. My manager was exceptionally good to work for. There is a lot of travel. Very political atmosphere. You need to know people to get on projects and be billable."
"Company is in process of transitioning many of their customers to the cloud"
"I have worked here for almost 9 years and the raises are "little" to nothing. The new hires are hired with a different title with no experience but, their salary is higher than the employees that have been working here for years. Also, a majority of the new hires are close friends of other employees. And these employees are friends of the manager. And they basically do and work when they want. Can you spell "Favoritism"?"
"The company is good to work for, but everyone is and is not willing to help you."
"Worked in a strong team but as part of slow company stuck in an older generation. Lack of emphasis on data science and upper management and it seems directionless."
"Overall Infor was a good place to work. Major issue is the internal clickish atmosphere. You need to have a good relationship with a Project Manager or you wont get selected to work on projects regardless of skill or experience level."
