"There was NO training program for the new proposal department. The company was more focused on buying smaller companies for growth then fix the problems in management it already had."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Build a training program. The expectations in the Proposal department for new writers under Jean Jones was an absolute joke. She has no idea how to be an effective manager."
