"I like that I can take time off without it being a big hassle. My job prior to Infinity was with Best Buy, and off time was sometimes a hassle. Additionally, we have Brown Bag Lunches where we discuss programming concepts, and languages."

"Just be ready to work, and be humble."

What don't you like about working at Infinity Property & Casualty?

"Lack of documentation of the software we use. As a new employee, I struggled with learning the systems of the company and had very little documentation to rely upon."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To listen to the employees at the ground level of the company."
