"Very good place to work for. Atmosphere is very good and clean people. they are very friendly, and they will help you with any question you have. Pay is good and lots of training to get keep you sharp and get you going in the morning and afternoon. Overall a good place to work for."

"They had a good coffee truck! And the bathroom was cleaned every day!"

"Do not go. They do not know what they want, just keep expanding the original job! But nothing extra but headaches!"

What don't you like about working at Infiniti?

"It was like babysitting children! I was told to take charge. When I did ask the techs and the mechanics to work I was told I was too harsh! They would not last two hours at a Ford or Lincoln dealer, speaking for a master Ford certified tech for over 25 years!"

"Wake up, see what is in front of your face! You have some good people. The rest are good to smoke cigs and talk, then they say they cannot make money. Try working instead of talking!"

"Do not take the service manager position, your assistant will stab you in the back the first chance he gets."

What don't you like about working at Infiniti?

"They force bad employees on you from other stores. Technicians can't diagnose. Stubborn advisors."

"talk to people like they are human beings. Do not cut them off when they talk."

"The pay plan is not good. We do not have porter and have to buy our own water for customers. Yes the bottled water for customers, are provided by all the salesmen."

"management team changed every 6 months in average and is pretty hard to act as a team in this conditions."

"just be yourself and be try to sell yourself. Never lie to customers. Be onest at all times."

"stressful work enviroment and I love to work with customers and interact with them all the time."

"Not much, would have continued working there see suggestions for reasoning."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep your good employees when you have them!! Don't back them into a corner by moving around a good employee. Discuss any possible changes to get better feed back, don't give a choice of take it or your gone. Then to contact you 3 weeks later and offer you your job back, this usually will not fit right for any of your employees."
