"what besides the stabbing in the back, not getting credit for what you do to help the company, It's all your fault unless you can prove otherwise.nobody listens."

"completely change out the management."

"It was a smaller company, and like a family. Very casual. Really nice folks."

What don't you like about working at Indyme Solutions?

"The computer system is horrible, and had 'upgraded' a year ago, so the accounting systems were a mess due to the conversion. Lots of turnover in accounting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better controls over credit card use throughout the company. More education on sales tax collection/reporting on purchases."
