What do you like about working at Indymac Bank?

"The compensation was great. And for the most part had good employee moral."

What don't you like about working at Indymac Bank?

"The company is no longer in business. I didn't really like the idea that was pushed that the job came before family life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stick to the promises you make to newer employees. Also, don't promote just to move a problem employee out of deparments. Have a better plan for such employees."
