"The company has plants all over North America. Some plants don't operate the same."

"The inter-departments are not always on the same page, so at times it is harder to get things completed."

"It has been a great place for me to learn and grow. I have made friends with co-workers and have an excellent boss who wants me to succeed wherever I end up."
