"Really bad management!...then they got both out by Omron worst vendor management in the industry!"
What do you like about working at International Data?
"Service company, but with limited capibilites! Grerat business model!...really bad management across the board! Upper management sold out the service people when Omron bought them!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't waste your time! Japanese control it...not interested in servicing, providing training, or supporting U.S. businesses or promoting our economy! This is a common Japanese business trait...run away..far ,far away! They, along with the Chinese are buying up our companies and debt as well!"
What don't you like about working at International Data?
"No management or leadership! Could never balance the sales people with the services people who who had limited training and education..no electricians on staff for basic in the fleld services!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"No longer there...service side of the company is gone! Japanese bought the company only to service their business ventures which is no longer domestic!"

"Wet Blacket here... Japanese companies do not understand distritions or the responsibility of providing in the field product and service support!"
What do you like about working at OMRON Global?
"Before Omron bought out IDM Controls they were a service conpany that provided the customers plant maintenance services that opened doors to other projects and opportunies...now that is all gone!"
What don't you like about working at OMRON Global?
"Limited product offering, not compitable with any other vendors ..lots of gaps and holes in their offering! No customer service or in the field support services (e.g. Installation, startup services, etc.) Worst management in the industry for decades...most hated vendor by their distributors!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Think for yourself and support the customers!"

"As a distributor, they had many strong product lines which proved to be great resources as sales tools."

"Make sure you get everything in writing."

"Growth was restricted by old infrastructure and stagnent management."
