What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"Indus Net is my first company and I am happy that I got through the interview as I was without a job for almost 6 months after completing my B.Tech. Though I had earlier learned ASP.net, I didn't have any knowledge on PHP. The company however gave us 3 months training before assigning us projects. I will be completing a year soon. I like the young crowd here. It's quite casual and free environment. I have a great bunch of colleagues with whom I hang out in weekends as well. The working hours is flexible and there is also option for working from home if required."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Prior knowledge of PHP will be an added advantage. You need to have at least basic programming knowledge. Be confident. Show that you are eager to learn and undergo the training."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"I think we can be given off on all the Saturdays as we have alternative working Saturdays. Also it would be really great if the compensation for the entry level employees can be increased from the current scale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be a nice idea to have some soft skills training for employees like us who are freshers."
