What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"The things that I most like about working here is the cool and casual working environment.If one does his work sincerely then nobody bothers him. That apart few things like flexible working hours, work from home options, supportive management, helpful seniors and learning opportunities are few things that I admire."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For Internet Marketing strong reasoning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge about various aspects of both on-page and off-page optimization are required. Also if you have good knowledge in areas like SMM, ORM etc. then it would be an added advantage."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"I think the pay scale for the entry level positions should be higher than what it is at the present. Also the company should invest into training & development programs for the employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am happy with the company for bringing a senior HR person who has rolled out the recent HR policies. I am quite hopeful that the company will surely formulate some more employee friendly policies in near future."
