What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"Since this is my first job so I can't really compare this company with any other. But I just love working here. I am part of a great team which comprises mostly of young people just out of college. And so we have a very friendly working environment. Our team lead is also quite supportive. Some other things that I like about our company is the open work culture,flexible working hours and option to work from home if required."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be confident and brush up some basic knowledge about Internet Marketing like SEO,SMM,PPC,ORM etc. No one expects a fresher to know these things but if you have any knowledge it always helps. Having a sound communication skill is important too."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"There are couple of things that I think can be altered. And these are giving us the 2 working Saturdays off and a better compensation for entry level guys like us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am happy that some great HR initiatives are being taken and most of the policies are now in place. Keep up the good work!"
