What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"Since this is my first job so I can't really compare this company with any other. But I just love working here. I am part of a great team which comprises mostly of young people just out of college. And so we have a very friendly working environment. Our team lead is also quite supportive. Some other things that I like about our company is the open work culture,flexible working hours and option to work from home if required."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be confident and brush up some basic knowledge about Internet Marketing like SEO,SMM,PPC,ORM etc. No one expects a fresher to know these things but if you have any knowledge it always helps. Having a sound communication skill is important too."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"There are couple of things that I think can be altered. And these are giving us the 2 working Saturdays off and a better compensation for entry level guys like us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am happy that some great HR initiatives are being taken and most of the policies are now in place. Keep up the good work!"

What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"This is a real good company if you want a career in PHP. They have a number of projects across various business verticals that gives ones a great exposure. The workforce is very talented and there are few seniors who are really knowledgeable in the language. You also get to learn Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, J Query etc. which makes you a full fledged web developer. Since the company now works in ASP.net opportunities are there as well.That apart things like flexible working hours,work from home option etc. are some advantages working in this company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are a fresher then knowledge of either PHP or ASP.net will be preferred. If you do not know any of these then at least knowledge of any scripting language is desirable. Also working knowledge of HTML is highly preferred.Apart from that good verbal and written communication skills will be an added advantage."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"Perhaps some increase in entry level compensation and benefits will be a good idea. Also I don't like working on the alternative Saturdays. Those should be given off."

"The recent HR initiatives are good and I hope that this will continue and we we will get to see some more employee friendly politics introduced."

"For Internet Marketing strong reasoning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge about various aspects of both on-page and off-page optimization are required. Also if you have good knowledge in areas like SMM, ORM etc. then it would be an added advantage."

"I think the pay scale for the entry level positions should be higher than what it is at the present. Also the company should invest into training & development programs for the employees."

"I am happy with the company for bringing a senior HR person who has rolled out the recent HR policies. I am quite hopeful that the company will surely formulate some more employee friendly policies in near future."

"The best thing I like about our company is the work environment. It is pretty relaxed, free from petty politics. I am lucky to be part of a very vibrant team where we have lots of fun apart from work. We have flexible timing and working from home option as well. Since this is primarily a PHP company we have lot of experienced people and some of them are really knowledgeable. The best thing is that they share the knowledge with others."

"For freshers it would be good if you are well versed with WAMP and HTML5. For experienced people be ready to face questions on the past projects that you have done. Also having good knowledge and experience in platforms like Magento,Drupal,Wordpress etc. can be an added advantage."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"I really hate working on the two Saturdays a month. We hardly have anything to do and coming to office is tad boring. Also I think the company should focus on providing better compensation and benefits as that's suppose to be the main reason for people leaving the company."

"I would suggest that please continue with the new HR initiatives that have been rolled out recently. It would also be great if things like PF and health insurance are introduced for the employees."

"I applied to this company because I heard that it is one of the best web design companies in Kolkata to work for. And when I started working here I realized that what I heard was so true! The design team is full of so many talented people. And the seniors are very helpful. I like the cool casual work environment here. I am part of a lovely team and have loads of fun in office. I really look forward coming to office everyday.I am also happy with the new HR policies that are being introduced."

"If you are applying for a position in design then have a good portfolio of your work ready with you. Also do not be nervous while going through machine test. It is mainly to test your logical sense, aesthetics and creativity."
