"I have been working here for the last 2 years as a Link Builder. Since Indus Net is my first company this is where I had my first brush with the corporate world. And my experience of working here has been quite good so far. We have a young crowd here and that's why I don't really miss my college much. It's fun working in a cool and casual atmosphere. The work hours are flexible. In exceptional cases we are even allowed to work from home. The management is supportive and they give you ample time to prove your mettle. Also I appreciate the recent HR practices that have started and I think that will help the company to grow further. I am in awe of our CEO who I think is very dynamic in nature."

"Good communication skills, basic knowledge of internet marketing and high confidence are some of the skills that are required to join"

"I think the two alternative working Saturdays can be given off."

"I think there should be a better compensation and benefits for the employees. Also at times since the job becomes mundane, may be something like job rotation can be thought of where we can be given opportunity to work in other areas."

What do you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"Indus Net is my first company and I am happy that I got through the interview as I was without a job for almost 6 months after completing my B.Tech. Though I had earlier learned ASP.net, I didn't have any knowledge on PHP. The company however gave us 3 months training before assigning us projects. I will be completing a year soon. I like the young crowd here. It's quite casual and free environment. I have a great bunch of colleagues with whom I hang out in weekends as well. The working hours is flexible and there is also option for working from home if required."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Prior knowledge of PHP will be an added advantage. You need to have at least basic programming knowledge. Be confident. Show that you are eager to learn and undergo the training."

What don't you like about working at Indus Net Technologies?

"I think we can be given off on all the Saturdays as we have alternative working Saturdays. Also it would be really great if the compensation for the entry level employees can be increased from the current scale."

"It would be a nice idea to have some soft skills training for employees like us who are freshers."
