"Founded in 2006. I began working with Indovance about 4 months ago. Primarily, I focused on the engineering aspect of sales, the generation of leads and marketing in the DC Metropolitan area. The company’s direct designers are located in India and headquartered in Apex, NC. Specifically, in my department there were about 4 employees, with a total of about 100-125 employees. While the freedom and creativity were immensely encouraged. Sadly, communication, direction and training lacked. I would comment that the flexibility to work from home within the company I found refreshing. However, if communication and clearly stated expectations are of importance this may not be the company for you."
