"I haven't been in touch with the company for many years now and so it would be unfair for me to hazard a guess at where they are at this moment in time."
What don't you like about working at Indigo New Zealand?
"the leadership was non existent, and the communication was very absent insofar as internal dissemination. The Owner of the Company was particulalry aloof."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Adopt a more amicable approach to staff, and devlop a joint plan for action going forward. Communicate to your team where the company is at and be honest."
