What don't you like about working at Independent Adoption Center?

"I don't like our product -- in adoption, outcomes are too unpredictable and emotional. I also prefer for those around me to have a similar level of technical expertise and the ability/desire to operate at a similar level of efficiency."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest they develop systems where employees will be forced to deliver measurable results and be held accountable for under-performance."
