"Be professional in all your dealings with Eberl - in person, on the phone, email, etc. They even remind you to do so - it's important!"

"Nothing, this is a great company to work for. I would recommend to anyone getting into the business."

"Create more of a forum for sharing and discussing claims handling- tips, policy questions, etc."

"solid mgmt folks who want me to do well. I have worked for them for 4 yrs now and have increased my income every year. They know if I do well, they do well. I listened to what I was told and did it the way they wanted it done. Anybody who has ever trained anyone appreciates that."

"listen to instructions and do it just as they say and you will make a great living"

"no paid stand by for big storms like Hurricane Sandy"

"I would let folks who worked 300 claims for me come to the conference free of charge."
