"I enjoy the atmosphere and the people a very hard working culture. I enjoy consulting on software products and helping small companies grow."

"No opportunities for advancement, disorganized, product line is hard to support due to unhappy customer base."

"Customer base would be much happier and retention much stronger if a focus was made on usability in the products. Lack of User Acceptance Testing"

"The integration of teams doesn't work well at times. There seems to be a problem when multiple teams try to work together."

"UCN is a very open company, if you are a new member to a team, you are not given small tasks. You become a full member right away."

"I didn't like how they always move the employees desks around."

"None, they know what they are doing."

"The flexibility. I have been going to school, as well as had gotten married and now my wife and I are having our first little baby. The company has been very willing to work with my rather chaotic and erratic schedule, so I have been able to balance both work and my personal life quite well."

"Just be true to who you are, and what your strengths are for the company."

"Not much really. My biggest gripe has been the location (Santa Maria, CA), which is a satellite location for the company."
