"They pay really well but the company is run like a software development company; management is anemic and strong personalities from its small company days make it hard for them to retain talented engineers. The only people that stay are long-timers and people who stay under the radar."

"I enjoy the atmosphere and the people a very hard working culture. I enjoy consulting on software products and helping small companies grow."

"No opportunities for advancement, disorganized, product line is hard to support due to unhappy customer base."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Customer base would be much happier and retention much stronger if a focus was made on usability in the products. Lack of User Acceptance Testing"

"The other employees are very willing to help make you fit in. They treat interns like normal employees."

"Show excitement to work and help the company grow. They like employees that talk and participate."

"The integration of teams doesn't work well at times. There seems to be a problem when multiple teams try to work together."

"Teams need to work together better. There may be a lack of communication or a lack of understanding of the needs of the other team."

"UCN is a very open company, if you are a new member to a team, you are not given small tasks. You become a full member right away."

"Know your stuff, they are a very amazing firm to work for."

"I didn't like how they always move the employees desks around."

"None, they know what they are doing."

"The flexibility. I have been going to school, as well as had gotten married and now my wife and I are having our first little baby. The company has been very willing to work with my rather chaotic and erratic schedule, so I have been able to balance both work and my personal life quite well."

"Just be true to who you are, and what your strengths are for the company."

What don't you like about working at inContact?

"Not much really. My biggest gripe has been the location (Santa Maria, CA), which is a satellite location for the company."

"Keep doing what you've been doing."

"Its just an internship, so I am not being paid... They do have a upper range of salaries in the feild."
