"Pros This company does take care of their employees on the benefits side of things. I have met some wonderful, smart, people working with this company that I will continue to have a relationship with. They foster a friendly, upbeat, diverse environment. The bonus structure is pretty decent. Cons This company has been struggling with the proper management and department structure from day one. I've seen very few employee's actually promoted at a steady rate. There are definitely cliques within management, and they take care of their favorites, therefore, promotions don't seem to be given based on merit. High turn over of employees in the Accounting Department. Definite Cash Flow issues and constant "Restructuring" (layoffs)."
