"This company have this old model of working, strict schedule, you know. As system administrator is like 24/7 work, when something happen on Sunday, need to be repaired. They dont care about that, the expect that you be 9am to 6pm. Everything out of this schedule they don't care if you work or not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think the key is be connected with the employees, reward the good work, constantly generate challenges and have some after work connection, you know, some sports, grab a beer. Get interested in the person beyond the work."
