"inBusiness is a company with strengths and weaknesses. They have great resources for a former startup and generally meet the needs of their clients acceptably. There are also some very talented people working there. However, the leadership of the company is untalented and consequently inhibits the growth of the company itself. For some employees, this isn't a huge issue and makes for a perfectly passable place to work. For others, this makes it feel stagnant and uninspired."
