Payroll Clerk

"The systems were actually inefficient and disorganized - The systems were awfully inefficient and disorganized but the management blamed employees for it. They were hostile and aggressive but still, things were going slow and it's their fault, not ours!"

"Daily Goals Were Often Stressful and Exhausting - Every job has its own stresses. But here, the situation became terrible with time. The more time I spent here, the more I realized that things were headed for the worst. As a person with several health issues and vulnerabilities, I wanted to avoid the daily stress. When asked, the management chose not to take responsibility for their actions and didn't lend any support. It was awful to know that I would always be on my own."

"When You Get a Terrible and Poor Pay, You Are Not Motivated Anymore - THE JOB WAS SIMPLY TERRIBLE. I WAS ASKED TO DO TONS OF THINGS IN A DAY. IT BECAME VERY STRESSFUL TO MANAGE MY WORK-LIFE BALANCES AS THE WORK WAS ALWAYS THERE. COMPARED TO THE EXHAUSTING AND BRUTAL WORKLOADS I WAS PUTTING IN, THE PAY WAS POOR. It was the case with every employee. It was the key reason why employees were not motivated anymore. BEWARE!"
