"IMT Residential is laden with politics, politics, and more politics. This is not the kind of company you would want to work for if you are looking for a corporation who values integrity and who takes care of their employees. They have a motto, "putting you first". Right. Actually you come after their profit margin and their bottom line and their good ol' boy network. After the Regional Manager "recruits" her friends over from her previous company, there may perhaps be room for you at the bottom. When you submit a formal grievance to Human Resources they will ignore it and make sure they have the company's interests at hand first and foremost. If they don't like your complaint they will not call you in to address it. They will not email you to address it. They will ignore you, even on your very last day. Be ready for a company who supports treating employees badly and using a wide variety of passive aggressive behaviors to show it. I really have tried to balance the yin and the yang here but in the end, I cannot, in good faith, say too many good things about this company. I hope they can pull it together and learn how to treat their employees better."
