What do you like about working at Imprezzio?
"No micromanaging, lots of positive feedback and professional development opportunities. Love having freedom to wear what I want and decide when to work on what projects. 401 K employer match started day I was hired--no waiting. Am on salary and get paid lunch."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you do your homework and know how to be a self-starter and get things done. Don't weed yourself out because you might not have all 20 things ticked on the checklist of requirements for the position--if you can learn, they might hire you."
What don't you like about working at Imprezzio?
"Sometimes I would like a tiny bit more structure or direction and sometimes I end up waiting for people to get back to me on things...but that's minor. And the overhead bins in here are just wierd...like airplane bins."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. This is honestly the best job I've had in a long time."
