"Implant Direct was dumped by Danaher for low performance sales numbers, tried to maintain relevance by association through KaVo-Kerr and is being absorbed by Nobel. Now all are Envista. KaVo and Nobel (not Implant Direct). Zero professionalism. Management is clueless and directionless and just throw out impossible goals and ideas and expect good results without thinking through a idea or process. Kaizen's are a joke and never followed. Extremely high turnover. Mgmt. set unrealistic goals and use failure to meet unrealistic goal in reviews. Reviews are a joke. 1-2% annual raise given regardless of excelling performance. Managers only promote and hire their friends. No transparency on anything until it is too late,if at all. Zero investment in employee training, development or room for advancement. No appreciation, guidance or support of employees. Constant commission cap and reduction annually. Promises of bonuses that are never given when goals are reached and exceeded. No communication between depts. No set protocols for problem resolutions. HR ignores employees complaints. The culture is toxic and the employees are struggling to keep the company alive while the management crushes it into oblivion. Many people go on stress leave or have heart attacks from trying to reach goals and ultimately sacrificing themselves in the process. Company could be careless. They only want you to sell, sell, sell, no matter if the customers need the products or not. Then management get angry at the sales person when excess items sold are returned. Pricing is not same for everyone."

"This company is showing promise from how it was a couple years ago. They are really encouraging us to grow and are willing to help us get there. Unfortunately they are slow to compensate us in our pay."
